DEPOSIT/BOOKING/RETAINER

All Monies/Deposits/Retainers/Bookings booked during the sale price are non-refundable and final.
Any Cancellation within 7 days of the ceremony will result in the Remaining of Balance to be fully paid.
Cancellation prior to 7 Days of the ceremony will result in Loss of all Monies Paid.
All Balances and add-ons must be paid in full no later than 7 days prior to the ceremony date.

LATE & NO SHOW FEE

$75 Late fee applies if arrived after the reserved time - No grace period (No exceptions).
All Couples must arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony time, or fees will apply.

CHANGES TO RESERVATION

All date and time changes will result in a $35 convenience fee.

CHAPEL OFFICIATION FEE

$65 Traditional Officiation Fee
$150 Impersonators/Spanish Officiation Fee 
$200 Outdoor / Scenic Officiation Fee

LARGE GROUPS CHARGE/FEES (All Packages)

Groups up to 5 = FREE (All Packages except Sign & Go is 2 guests only)
Groups 6 to 15 Guests = $150 Applies​
Groups 16 to 25 Guests = $250 Applies
Groups 26 to 35 Guests = $350 Applies
Groups 36 to 50 Guests = $450 Applies
(Infants under 2 years old are not included in the count)

PHOTOGRAPHY INSIDE CHAPEL

Photography is prohibited, which also includes live streaming

You May Purchase the Copyrights to use your Cameras as follows:
$85 Basic Media Pass to use own Recording Devices (No DSLR)
$200 Full Media Pass to use own Recording Devices (Includes DSLR / Professional Devices)

PHOTO POLICY

All Photos and Videos will be ready for pickup on a CD after Three Business Days of the ceremony - Free.

Other Options Available:

1- Same Day Expedited Pickup $80 includes free USB Stick upgrade.
2- Digital Transfer Via Email within 3 Business Days $45

All Photos are for couples only and chosen by our Photographers (No Exceptions).
Group and Family Photos can be added for an additional charge.

MARRIAGE LICENSE 

$102 is paid directly to the Clark County Marriage Bureau. Please visit Weddings. Vegas to pre-apply.

CLEANING FEE

$200 Cleaning Fee may apply for Glitters, Rice, Damage, Drink Spills, etc.

TIPS & GRATUITY

It is Customary to tip your minister, photographer, and your awesome staff

SPECIAL DATE/ HOLIDAY FEE

All Federal, State Holidays, and Special Dates have an additional $75 Fee.
Example: Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, July 4th, Memorial Weekend, etc..
Example Special dates: 2/2/22, 3/3/23, 11/11/21, etc.

Chapel has the right to designate any busy date as a Special Date (Example 02/22/22).
