NV MARRIAGE LICENSE

NO OUT OF STATE LICENSE ACCEPTED IN NEVADA
ALL LEGAL WEDDINGS REQUIRE A NV MARRIAGE LICENSE BY LAW

Getting married is stressful but not in Las Vegas! We make wedding planning nice and easy.

Here are the first steps.

First, you can pre-apply for your marriage license online at WEDDINGS.Vegas or go in person
to fill out the application. The marriage license is $102 which is paid directly to the Marriage bureau.

You and your significant other must go, in person, to the marriage license bureau, to pick
up the documents (it is the couples responsibility to ensure you have the marriage license before coming to the chapel). The Marriage Bureau is located on the ground floor of the Regional Justice Center in
downtown Las Vegas not far from our chapel and the Fremont Street Experience.

The address is:

Clark County Marriage License Bureau

201 E. Clark Avenue
Las Vegas, NV 89101
(Northwest corner of 3rd Street and Clark)

The Marriage Bureau is open everyday from 8am to midnight, and you'll need a valid
photo ID such as a driver's license or passport. The Marriage Bureau accepts cash,
credit/debit card, cashier's check, traveler's check, or money order as a form of payment.
After you have obtained your license you have one (1) year from the date of receiving
your marriage license to get married.

You can get married in Vegas even if you're not a Nevada resident or U.S. resident. Your
Las Vegas marriage is legal and recognized around the world! Be advised your Las Vegas
marriage must be performed in Nevada by an officiant licensed in Nevada with a Nevada
marriage license.

You must not have a living spouse or be no nearer in kinship than second cousins, or
cousins-in-law to be married in Las Vegas.
