Terms & Conditions / Customer Responsibility Agreement

1. WELCOME & ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

ELLE 2 LLC dba Chapel of Crystals – Las Vegas, Nevada
Terms & Conditions / Customer Responsibility Agreement

Thank you for choosing Chapel of Crystals – Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino to be part of your special day. We are honored to celebrate this important moment with you and look forward to making your wedding experience memorable, exciting, and stress-free.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between ELLE 2 LLC dba Chapel of Crystals (“Chapel”, “Company”, “We”, or “Us”) and the Ceremony Couple (“Customer(s)”, “You”, or “Your”).

By booking online, paying any deposit or monies, electronically signing, checking an acceptance box, or otherwise accepting services from the Chapel, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms & Conditions, including our Fees to Consider, Privacy Policy, Customer Responsibility Agreement, and Arbitration Agreement, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

Electronic acceptance, payment, or booking shall be considered your legal signature and carries the same force and effect as a handwritten signature under Nevada and applicable federal law.

2. FINAL SALE, PAYMENTS & RESERVATION POLICY

Because ceremony dates, officiants, photographers, performers, chapel space, staffing, and preparation are reserved specifically for your wedding, all deposits, payments, promotional pricing, discounted packages, sale items, upgrades, and services are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE.

By reserving a ceremony, you understand that your selected date and time are removed from availability and held exclusively for your event.

Packages priced at $1,000 or less generally require payment in full at booking, unless prior written arrangements have been approved by the Chapel. Any remaining balance is due no later than seven (7) days prior to the ceremony date.

Reservations booked within seven (7) days of the ceremony require immediate full payment.

Failure to complete payment by the required deadline may result in cancellation of services, removal of optional upgrades, or release of your ceremony time without guarantee of reinstatement.

Payments made within seven (7) days of the ceremony remain non-refundable.

The Chapel accepts most major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Any applicable processing fees are non-refundable. Personal checks are not accepted.

3. ARRIVAL, CHECK-IN & CEREMONY TIMING

To ensure a smooth and stress-free experience, the Ceremony Couple and all guests are required to arrive 30 minutes prior to the scheduled ceremony time.

This allows time for:

  • Check-in

  • Meeting with your officiant/coordinator

  • Reviewing ceremony details

  • Photography preparation (if included)

  • Payment of any outstanding balances

Because the Chapel often hosts multiple ceremonies daily, timing is extremely important. Another ceremony may be scheduled immediately before or after yours.

Please understand that your ceremony will still conclude at its originally scheduled time, even if you arrive late, and no refund or credit will be issued for shortened ceremony time caused by Customer delay.

3.1 – 3:00 PM Ceremony Exception

If your ceremony is scheduled for 3:00 PM, arrival may be 15 minutes prior instead of 30 minutes, as chapel staff are on lunch closure daily from 2:00 PM – 3:00 PM and will be fully prepared for your arrival.

3.2 – Traditional “Do Not See Each Other” Option

If you wish to remain separated before the ceremony for a traditional first-look experience, this must be arranged with the Chapel in advance.

Additional preparation, staffing, and blocked ceremony time may be required. Additional fees may apply and availability cannot be guaranteed without advance notice.

4. LATE ARRIVALS, NO-SHOWS & CEREMONY DELAYS

The Chapel operates on a strict schedule to accommodate multiple weddings, staff, performers, photographers, and transportation.

Late arrivals negatively affect operations and therefore late fees apply without exception.

4.1 – Late Arrival Fees (After scheduled time)

  • Sign & Go /  Sign & Smile: $35 late fee

  • All Other Packages: $75 late fee

  • 60+ minutes late or No Show: Services may be cancelled, all monies forfeited, and a new reservation may be required

If Customers are significantly late, the Chapel will attempt to accommodate the ceremony after the next scheduled reservation, however wait times and availability are not guaranteed. The next available ceremony may be later that day or the following day.

Outstanding balances may still become due.

4.2 – Running Late?

If you believe you may be late, please call immediately:

📞 (702) 327-3600

We will do our best to assist.

4.3 – Late Guests

Guest lateness does not delay ceremonies.

Once the ceremony begins, late guests may not be permitted entry.

If the Ceremony Couple chooses to delay or reschedule the ceremony while waiting for guests, a $35 rescheduling fee may apply, and timing availability is not guaranteed.

5. RESERVATION CHANGES & RESCHEDULING

We understand wedding plans may change. However, staffing, scheduling, flowers, transportation, officiants, performers, and photography are coordinated in advance.

As such, all changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Changes including but not limited to:

  • Ceremony date

  • Ceremony time

  • Venue/chapel location

  • Package upgrades or downgrades

  • Guest count

  • Ceremony details

  • Add-ons or services

may incur a $35 convenience/change fee, payable prior to modifications.

5.1 – Downgrades & Upgrades

Downgrades are not permitted once booked.

Upgrades are allowed only if staffing and scheduling permit and are not guaranteed.

5.2 – Rescheduling Due to Customer Delay

Rescheduling fees may apply if Customers:

  • Arrive late

  • Miss limousine pickup

  • Forget required legal documents

  • Choose to wait for late guests

  • Request last-minute modifications

The Chapel reserves the right to move ceremonies to the next available time slot, which may be the same day or following day.

6. NEVADA MARRIAGE LICENSE & CEREMONY REQUIREMENTS

If Customers wish for the ceremony to be legally recognized, they must obtain and bring a valid Nevada Marriage License prior to the ceremony.

The Chapel cannot legally perform a wedding ceremony without a Nevada-issued marriage license.

Out-of-state marriage licenses are not accepted.

Marriage licenses may be obtained at:
